    None for lower management. High income ( to high) for top management

    Cons

    Anything possible. The company is dysfunctional from top to bottom. Upper management does not know what is going on in the street ans so lower management does not know the games played by Top Management. This company should not be "re-assembled" .

    Advice to Management

    Get in touch with your people in the street and make sure you take care of unifying your systems they sucks; That is why there are so many mistakes on customer bills. Also, customers should be a priority even if AT&T has the monopoly. Right now customer a the lowest priority in the company. Management it is about time you start walking the talk. That has not been happening for the past 50 years.. be aware that once the monopoly is broken.. the end is near
