    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

-Decent compensation if you work hard
    -Union
    -Free phone

    Cons

-constantly changing commission structure for the worst
    - horrible benefits (high deductibles)
    - poor work environment ( stand all day. basically you are a waiter serving phones)
    - Be prepared to work 10-12 hours with almost no break if you want to make money.
    - focus of metrics should be selling a solution which generate revenue for the company not on individual features that don't matter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please get rid of middle management. Useless

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The company offers great benefits and good pay.

    Cons

Long hours, crazy schedule, working almost all holidays and weekends, no appreciation, commission structure continues to get worse and worse. Upper management seems to go by a buddy system in South Texas...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show more appreciation, especially to tenured employees, have better work/life balance.
