I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Excellent health benefits. Fun place to work. Excellent training on the latest wireless technology. Supportive culture. Discount on cell phones, service an accessories.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. The attendance policy is too strict. Unrealistic job performance expectations.

Professionalism should be maintained at all times.

    Pros

    Supervising management often times honestly tries to benefit their direct reports but for unknown reasons many ambitions are thwarted by reason of "Shareholder Value."

    Cons

    The nicer things seem the more you should worry.

    There's an incredible amount of talent resources. Utilizing them wisely will not only beat the competition but possibly regain the innovative company of yesteryear.
