    Pros

    - Good Co-Workers at my store
    - Good Management Team

    Cons

    - Senority rules EVERYTHING. You could be the BEST sales person in the store but if someone has been with the company longer they are always going to be ahead of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on commision plan, work on different ways to motivate employees

Great when you're winning, not so much when you're average.

    Pros

It's Commission plus Hourly, so you can make more money if you are a great seller. The benefits are great and the company is huge so there are places you can go.

    Cons

If you're not a great salesperson, don't apply. Everything sounds great in concept, but, depending on the manager, it doesn't always turn out so great. The quotas are reasonable for some locations and not for others, and they base discipline against all of the stores within a two-three state market. When you're in a location that is lower traffic, they expect you to go out and find business. Their quota system for discipline is designed that the lowest 10% will be disciplined every month, and if you do that three times, they terminate you. Finally, even though they will preach "One AT&T" to you, you can't transfer between wireless and wireline, and they don't give you the tools to actually take care of your customers like they advertise you can.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your reps the tools they need, to do the job that you tell them to do. Giving them a phone number to call is not a tool, it's passing the buck, and customers still see it that way. And, stop punishing reps for taking care of their customers and not always making the arbitrarily created quotas.
