“not what it used to be”
Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – higher pay than lots of call center job
Cons – management sends mixed signals and turns blind eye to rules being broken if sales are high.
Advice to Senior Management – return to a proffessional atmosphere in the workplace. Live what you preach in training and ....turn the radios off call center floors!
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
