They had no idea what to do with this job

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsPlenty of opportunity to run "your own business" and to work with nearly every product or service that AT&T has to offer.

ConsIn the role of Business Account Manager you could hold nobody accountable for doing anything. Number one problem associated with an "overlay" role at AT&T.

Advice to Senior Managementstop fighting over who controls what and help your people get out in front of customers and less time "living in a 30 day world". 30 days is really just two weeks, in AT&T time.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    I have been working at AT&T full-time

Pros: Great benefits includes 401K, tuition, PTO Cons: Little or no advancement..it's hard to move up unless you know someone and are friend with that person. Stress… Advice to Senior Management: Create more advancement based on the skills and knowledge instead… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
