“Service Representative”
I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Variety, Business Casual, Good pay, Good hours, vacation wonderful, good benefits
Cons – Old school management style, unfair treatment among employees
Advice to Senior Management – Look at the talent you have in your office, utilize and organize accordingly. Respect the good employees and do not be afraid to address the abusers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
