    Pros

Best salary plus incentive for performance, top notch health & dental benefits from day 1, 401k, and employee profit sharing.

    Cons

In the call center environment there are no sick or personal days, must qualify for FMLA, employees don't feel valued, incentive program changes constantly, union works more with AT&T than for employees.

    Advice to Management

Besides pay there are various other incentives that can be implemented to motivate employees to work their best versus constantly threatening employees with their jobs.
