PT Retail Sales Consultant

Sales Representative (Current Employee) San Antonio, TX

Prospt positions receive full medical & dental after 30 days. You do pay the full premium for medical until 6mths which the company then contributes. For a single person it was about $400 then at 6 mths it went down to $125. Great coverage!!! All sales positions are Union positions.

ConsMgmt is always adding additional items you need to do. You have sales goals, need to switch people to small business accts whenever possible, sell Uverse, increase revenue, switch customers to paperless billing, focus on getting good surveys. Your told pt only has to work 28 hrs during interview process but when you get hired per the union Contract pt is considered working at least 28 hours up to 40 hours. It's up to the mgr how many hours you work. All sales positions are Union positions so schedule is based on seniority. There are a full time reps are the only ones that get weekends of. Normally the most senior reps work open to 5:30 & off weekends. Pt must be available weekends. I would recommend starting pt since you can put certain days during the week you're unavailable due to school, other job, other activities but know you normally work every weekend. New ft reps normally close a lot.
