“A shell of it's former self.”
Former Employee – worked at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Excellent training available.
Once excellent benefits still passable.
Cons – Once Southwestern Bell bought out the old AT&T the company values went out the window. They outsourced my entire organization to a self-owned consulting company which then laid off 70% of the workforce. This bit of operating gutted what had always been a generous seperation package. Employees not part of the old SBC are not desired or appreciated.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
