I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – As a Service Rep you have plenty of opportunities to shape the opinion of many customers that you have the pleasure of speaking to on a daily basis. I try to end each of my calls on a positive note letting the customer know that AT&T is the company of the future that each of our customers help to shape.
Cons – Better hours and more attention to employees and their needs would be the only improvement that I could see that needs to be met.
Advice to Senior Management – Work with your employees in a more upbeat and positive nature and focus more on employee accomplishments rather than so much emphasis on the negative.
