Pros

Many good opportunities across multiple functions. Good trainings Good reputation as a fortune 500 firm. Well defined roles and clear career path.

Cons

Sometimes too cost controlled. Office politics could be annoying. Promotions can be slow in a big organization. Needs to be mobile in order to move up.

Advice to Management

Try to build a leaner and flatter structure for a giant company.
