Good Company but

Store Manager (Current Employee)
Farmerville, LA

ProsGreat commission and starting hourly pay. If you like sales, and wireless telecommunications, then this is a great company to work for. I worked for an authorized retailer not a corporate location.

ConsAs with ALL wireless companies, they are not very LOYAL to their employees. If you miss sales quota once or twice you're pretty much gone, and even if you do your best and excel at your quotas, they can find ANY LITTLE reason to fire you at will. I have worked for three wireless companies in the past and was "let go" for stupid little things, but the real reason was just to let me go because I had hit the maximum hourly pay, and for them it's cheaper to start over than to keep paying their experienced workers more hourly wages.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
