I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Good work/life balance, easy interviews.

Cons

Several of my projects got canceled, resulting in my having to change teams every 6 months. Nobody seems to give their 100% and nobody will mind if you don't either.

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Ocala, FL

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

benefits , working indoors, good fellow employees to work with

    Cons

poor management at call center level, sales expectations are unrealistic, AT&T no longer values the customers and its employees, only values what can be sold to the customers at overinflated prices

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better sales expectations and training needed for call center managers and area managers. You are losing good employees to your expectations for the bottom line. Either change the policies or continue to decline as a communications entity.
