Pros

Good working environment. Stable mature company with excellent long term prospect.

Cons

Salaries not very competitive.
Getting any administrative task done is very hard, overhear is huge in comparison to younger companies.

    The team supported you, Lots of points, Awesome team leader, co-workers were mostly real nice

    Cons

    Dealing with customers that were really nice & then getting the wicked witch from down the street that says she will be waiting for you to get off work, Demand to push sales, Too many things always changing

    Great benefits, awsome pay when we were still Cingular.Great co-workers, alot of fun.

    Cons

    Long ,long hours...weekends, very stressful due to sales quotas not being met..

    Be aware of what your managers are really doing on a daily basis.
