I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Good pay and great benefits.

Cons

Call center is unionized by the CWA which limits creativity within the staff. This is created an atmosphere where time on the job means more than actual performance.

    Pros

    Pay is ok.
    Get to drive company vehicle.
    Work with people if you like that.
    Technical if that's your thing.

    Cons

    Work conditions.
    Hot attics.
    Nasty houses.
    Small crawlspaces.
    Never home to do anything with your family.
    Work holidays.

    Treat employees more like people not numbers.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good pay, GREAT benefits (when you could use them), co-workers are the best, and we had a union.

    Cons

    Unorganized, cut-throat, rigid rules, zero consideration for employees' lives outside of AT&T and poor communication between departments. Low morale and zero room for advancement.

    Communicate! Be consistent! Show you care! Rethink possible!
