One big joke.

I worked at AT&T full-time for less than a year

ProsCareer advancement opportunities, fast growing company, great benefits.

Cons-Management goes out of their way to show they're in charge instead of being more helpful.
-Very unprofessional environment.
- Tools do not function properly.
- Training program needs improvement.
-Some of the managers don't know the job very well so they are not very helpful.
-Too stressful and doesn't pay that well.
The union is pointless and just collects money because they don't actually help in any way.
Did I forget to mention how unprofessional the center is. I've seen it all. I left after 2 months and never looked back. The sad part is, I was one of few people that was actually competent. And there are a few agents that do not take calls, but instead get paid to walk around and do nothing but "assist" other agents. I felt like I was in highschool. This was a very insulting experience altogether.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease just pay more attention to how the call center is ran and promote some of the agents that have been there and know the job really well instead of people that don't know the job and are just there to enjoy the perks of being a manager.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
