    Pros

Managers were accessible and easy to talk to. Procedures were documented on-line for easy reference.

    Cons

Procedures kept changing almost weekly. On-line procedures were out-of-date. Each department/unit had its own agenda, so surprises abounded.

    Pros

Benefits are good if you work in the right places

    Cons

Sick leave is absolutely horrible! You are only allowed 6 "absence incidences"in a rolling 12 month period that you can't get your doctor to fill out FMLA paperwork on, and some doctors won't take the time to fill it out. If you have the stomach flu or a cold that knocks you on your butt, it doesn't qualify.

    Advice to Management

Realize that people get sick more than 6 days a year if they have children.
