    Pros

Pay was average. Work week was 37.5 hours. Cafeteria on the first floor. Co-works are nice. Located close to highway.

    Cons

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY WORKED FOR. It was like a factory they just keep hiring because they would keep you for 6 months and then fire you.

    Pros

You can get very good technical skills, good understanding of new technologies and in demand knowledge that can be used industry wide.

    Cons

Some processes should be more clear and easier to understand.

    Advice to Management

Make IT processes as easy as possible to understand and follow. Don't change terminology too often.
