AT&T Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Good pay, commission sales is where it's at so if you are money driven you can make good money on the retail side.
Perks such as new phones, accessory usage, etc are great if your into technology.
Excellent vacation and personal time off.
Opportunity for growth. This is especially big if you live in a large market area
Opportunity to meet different people daily.

Cons – Retail, need I say more? If you work outside of retail I hear its very different.
Demanding job. If you can't keep up with new initiatives you will struggle.
Sellers are union, management is not. Always a problem.
Micro-management. Not all leaders are but many do.

Advice to Senior Management – Recognize the hard work the retailers especially retail managers do on the daily basis. Many of us see less and less of our families to commit to our goals yet often not recognized for our efforts.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
