    Pros

    New technology in wireless impacting millions

    Cons

    Slow to become progressive. Lots of old guard management from the legacy Bells still. SBC the worst. If you are not in the product side of the house in some capacity good luck progressing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Shake out a lot of the old mid and senior leadership from the company and get new Hi-Tech oriented blood in. Maybe that means you should retire already...
