    Pros

    Free new phone every year, concession pricing for all other AT&T related products. Great Team environment. Company focused on TQM, and especially customer service. Great for College students or young adults.

    Cons

    Retail hours, long period of standing time. Required lots of patience due to high degree of customer contacts.

    Managers will be managers; no advice here. I understand what you guys have to do.

    Pros

    Really enjoyed the work there, good team environment, average base salary, commission, bonuses for exceeding sales quota, awards, benefits.

    Cons

    Every year changes in territory and account base. Had a bad Manager. I received a decimal fraction increase in salary based on my Manager's review and I over exceeded quota that year. I found out they gave the majoity of the bonus to a Rookie on our team that showed improvement but felt it should have been allocated more fairly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They should offer an annual survey to the sales staff reviewing/ constructively critique their Sales Manager.
    It would help inform upper Management review comments and feedback and see on areas where they could improve.
