Union pay scale with decent benefits

    Pros

    Good salary and flexible schedule.

    Cons

    A ton of red tape when making sales. Product training is also very poor.

    Very political and not in touch with their industry

    Pros

    Much stability if you're not in a business unit that's being consolidated due to acquisition.

    Cons

    Can be frustrating to get projects approved given size of company.
