I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexible working hours, can work from home
Not a very high pressure job, good work-life balance
Can stay under the radar and be unproductive if you are so inclined

Cons

No opportunities for career growth whatsoever
Very poor pay and perks for those who joined recently
Senior management do not inspire or show any leadership or foresight

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the top heavy structure and jobs that are filled by incompetent employees

    I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Free phone, raise every six months with union, get a chance to come in contact with alot of people, great benefits.

    Cons

    Everything is too political, they never give you a chance to advance in the company; regardless of your qualifications, you have to know someone in order to be promoted. They put to much stress on you to sell products and services.

    Stop hiring people that are not qualified...

    Union pay scale with decent benefits

    Cons

    Pay not as great for new employees
    Micromanaged
    Benefit plans getting worse with each contract

    You can follow union rules while still treating employees the way they deserve to be treated based on the effort they put forth
