Flexible working hours, can work from home
Not a very high pressure job, good work-life balance
Can stay under the radar and be unproductive if you are so inclined

No opportunities for career growth whatsoever
Very poor pay and perks for those who joined recently
Senior management do not inspire or show any leadership or foresight

Advice to Management

Get rid of the top heavy structure and jobs that are filled by incompetent employees

    Generally, your peers are pretty smart in the management ranks
    The company does spend money on marketing, so everyone knows who you work for

    Fiefdoms at the top often result in questionable business decisions downstream
    It's Dallas, Texas, so business is political - be ready and have thick skin
