No opportunity for career growth

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

ProsFlexible working hours, can work from home
Not a very high pressure job, good work-life balance
Can stay under the radar and be unproductive if you are so inclined

ConsNo opportunities for career growth whatsoever
Very poor pay and perks for those who joined recently
Senior management do not inspire or show any leadership or foresight

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of the top heavy structure and jobs that are filled by incompetent employees

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
