Pros

Oportunity for a high growth at IT and Networking Fields. They provide you a lot of study material in order to make you a nice engineer. I think that is one of the best places to launch a career. Besides, there are a fresh multicultural atmosphere that enhance your team spirit.

Cons

The initial salary is a bit low but at Brno it's enough to live good.

    Pros

Benefits - 401(k) w/6% company match, health, vision, and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Good ol' Boy Network - Management usually hires friends. Recently they restructured job titles with strict requirements to get to the next step or level. They capped salary increase at the next level to 5% of current salary. They are hiring contractors directly to 2nd level and at 1.5x my pay (I've worked there for 13 years).

    Advice to Management

You say that you are looking for quality, but you are too scared to get sued if you reprimand someone. This scenario ends up with people not doing their job while the hard workers are slaving away.

  2. Great way to start a career, but there is little progression.

    Pros

    Amazing organizational culture and benefits.

    Cons

Minimal opportunities for entry-level and mid-level career changes if you happen to find that your skills would benefit the company somewhere else. Most managers advocate employee development, but only post jobs for Sr. level (experts) jobs.

    Advice to Management

Create an internal Leadership Development Program for employees.
