I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Lots of room to reinvent yourself, as long as it's lateral.

Cons

The economy has kept people here longer than they intended and should be. It limits upward mobility.

    Pros

Great work experience in just debugging RF systems, coming up with test scenarios for RF subsystems for the layer 1 Team.

It takes awhile for the company to get organised about some things like allocation of work to people who have the best expertise in it.
