Good pay for the industry, reasonable benefits

Cons

Sales end of the company hires mostly bully managers since they get stuff done fastest in a poor economy so be warned

    As a Premise Tech the burn out rate is very high. Proformance expations are extremily hard to reach.

    Decent benefits, occasionally useful discounts, relaxed dress code, short work hours.

    Cons

    Incompetent, weak minded, risk averse, contract+offshore management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The inability for many employees to innovate due to risk averse management makes for a stale environment for innovation; which is coffin nails to long term success. TERRIBLE customer service across the board, with no corporate interest in truly addressing it. STOP offshoring EVERYTHING.
