I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

AT&T is a great company to start in sales, good foundational training to lean the basics of retail sales skills that will help you in any retail career.

    Cons

Down side is working retail hours, a typical shift is 8:30-6:00 or a closing shift 11:00 - 8:30
These can be long days in a retail environment, not much down time so your day is very fast paced and you have to be quick on your feet

    Advice to Management

Mgt's job should be to remove obsticals so reps can be succsesful in their jobs
