    Pros

Decent pay. Good benefits. Will really enhance your customer service and selling skills. Commision based.

    Cons

Sometimes goals are unreasonable. Commision plan changes every year to avoid the sales rep to make more money. NOT flexible with scheduling at all. You work ALOT.

    Advice to Management

Take advice for the sales reps when it comes to customer interactions and selling. We are the ones actually dealing with the customers.

  2. A lot of Potential, but Falls Short

    Pros

technology, free handset, vibrant indusrty, active training.

    Cons

Corporate structure. AT&T is really SBC Global. They are a Huge MLM corp that had amassed so many footprints and contracts that they stay afloat. In reality, they are truly a reseller, who has had to switch its name to gain market presence and circumvent the law. However came up short int eh TMobile deal

    Advice to Management

    DON'T LET COMPUTERS SET SCHEDULES
