Salary
Great Benefits
Incentives (2 discounted lines, major discount on phones, able to upgrade every 6 mos
Training (Had a great class & the trainer was so much fun & hands on)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a such thing called "Life" outside of work.....Things happen....maybe if there was a better policy or management was actually fair when it came to case-by-case situations, the turnover rate would not be as high

    Pros

    Good benefits. OK pay. You get to work with people from around the world. Cutting edge of communications. Large company with many corporate locations.

    Cons

    No life work balance. Long days. Too much overtime. No compassion from supervisors. No time for lunch or bathroom breaks. Health decline.

    Open 7 days a week. Long retail hours, work every weekend and most holidays.
