Pros

Very Strong technically once you get into the deep center of the companies resources. Takes care of their people and still has some of the Bell mentality within the culture.

Cons

Way to level conscious. Very difficult to move around or up within the company.

Advice to Management

Be more open to providing career advancement.

    Pros

    Fun environment, plenty of opportunities for advancement, clear levels of management so you always know who to go to with a problem, great benefits

    Cons

    There are a lot of standards to meet but if you work hard, these won't be a problem.

    great pay and benefits for legacy employees

    Cons

    new hires low pay & poor benefits. Micromanagement by accountants. Working at at&t the priority is company first, family second.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on customers not numbers
