    Pros

Great company to work for with good benefits. People are allowed to take risks to succeed and the direction it is going will keep it successful into the future

    Cons

Mgmnt gets overlooked when credit for the companies successes are rewarded. Bonuses at senior level should be divided more to the lower level employees that make the company successful.

    Advice to Management

Your employees make the company what it is

    Pros

AT&T Offers many opportunities to excel. Salary is competitive and the organization is usually slow moving.

    Cons

Moving is needed to grow. Depending on your location you may be stuck in the same position for years.
