Pros

Great pay. Decent Health and Vision coverage. Great employer matching on 401k. Some wiggle room to move up in the company.

The benefits are good enough that it is really hard to quit.

Cons

Call center environment. (really wasn't my thing)
Hard to move up from being a rep. Great chances to get onto specialized teams, but if you want management, know that seniority, knowledge of the job, great rapport with customers, co-workers, and leads doesn't mean you will even get an interview.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at more employees that contribute, rather than ones just meeting metrics. Allow more reps to contribute to things other than getting calls out of the queue.

    Pros

Interesting work wth continual training. The initial training was lengthy and fun. A bond was formed by those in the training classes.

    Cons

While there is ongoing training, it isn't enough. Employees are expected to know a great deal, and are constanlty being monitored. If one call that is monitored is not perfect, it goes into your employee file. The particular office where I was employed had the worst, most negative management I have ever encountered. The morale was low and the turnover rate was, and probably still is, 70%.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show respect for your employees. Advise how they can improve, rather than always focusing on the negative. Speak to employees with respect. That was rare in this office.
