“Alright but not the best”
Former Employee – worked at AT&T part-time for less than a year
Pros – decent pay, thorough training, sometimes we got free food.
Cons – management not understanding or considerate
Advice to Senior Management – be thoughtful to your reps! Think about building relationships and maybe you'll retain them longer.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
