    Pros

    Company name has a lot of weight for recognition and brand. Company is largest and competitive.

    Cons

    Was told by executives that doing business in California is too costly. As a result, there has been very little incentive to promote employees in this location. Advancement is very difficult and if any these are title changes with more responsibilities but no pay increase. Moral is totally low. Young talent is not there; therefore innovation is not there. Most managers are not supportive or encourage, promote, mentor or sponsor. Lack in manager training.

    Listen to employee inputs , embrace legacy Pac Bell guidelines to empower and respect employees.

    good starting pay, its a job

    Cons

    upper management is stuck in their ways and expect you to be a robot and sound like a robot, for tech support there is a top out in pay and once you get there you can't make any more money, In tech support we aren't even considered tier 1 so we don't make any where near the money that we should be making. turn over rate is horrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    treat your employees like people and not robots and that scripts are horrible and not made for great calls.
