    great pay, flexible hours, awesome management, work remote, career growth

    Cons

    CP training (when union workers go on strike), expensive healthcare, lots of processes to close a deal, strict company policies when traveling.

    I have had nothing but a great experience with management! They genuinely care about your well being and self development

    Pros

    Many opportunties to grow throughout a large enterprise. Spent many years here and always found a manager that was thoughtful, challenged me, and gave me the support i needed, when i needed it.

    Cons

    Still struggles with being big and being fast. Can still be internally focused at times, limited our ability to respond to customers.

    Prioritize and invest.
