    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is competitive for the technician position. The Benefits are ok.

    Cons

The company puts extreme efficiency standards on you, measures and keeps tabs on literally everything you do (there are microphones in the trucks) and deliberately under-trains you to keep your pay down.

    Advice to Management

Revisit your entire set of measurement metrics for your field technicians and re-focus on customers, TRAIN SALESPEOPLE to understand what is and is not possible in certain areas.
