I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

good pay, good people, nice life. You will not get rich at att but it provides a good living, good working conditions

Cons

you are a peon in the corporate world with little to say about the silly things they make you do. Some of the programs they implement are maddening when it comes to the real behavior that they drive. There is an underlying culture of disception.

    competitive wages, great commission, great training program, always something new

    Cons

    some managers are too pushy, sales depend on location

    remember each seller is different and has a different selling style than you do. the sales representatives are the ones responsible for delivering the customer experience
