Current Employee - Senior Program Manager in Dallas, TX
Current Employee - Senior Program Manager in Dallas, TX

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Having work experience at the place where the telephone was invented looks great on a resume if one wants to work in the Telecommunications field for entire career.

Cons

Other companies tend to think of former AT&T employees as people who aren't the most innovative or don't tend to think "outside the box"

Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice to give management because senior executive management and leadership team does not listen, does not want to hear, and ultimately does not welcome advice from subordinates.

Doesn't Recommend
Neutral Outlook
Disapproves of CEO
