“Management continues to squeeze the producers”
Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time
Pros – Work life balance is pretty good
Good amount of vacation time
Cons – Rank and file get zero palatable recognition
High deductible health plan
Line of 'just be thankful you have a job' is often used by managers as an excuse for poor compensation.
Advice to Senior Management – Practice what you preach, so often what is said to the worker bees in company wide info is never really carried at any level - words without action.
