I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Professional work environment
    Amazing co workers

    Cons

    Management was incompetent.
Most of people in supervising positions encouraged employees to decline customers of credit.
You are offered different job responsibilities in the call center but they are same pay grade and you get the same Customer Service Rep title

I have been working at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Steady employment, very difficult to get fired from the place. Pay is great for most positions. 401k match is standard 80% or 1st 6%.

    Cons

Too many lazy, incompetent people that should have been fired long ago. Healthcare and other benefits for manager continue to rise yearly because union members still pay very little out of pocket.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow a pair and start getting rid of the people who should not be here.
