    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I worked for AT&T for 5 Years. They are a wonderful company with excellent benefits. I worked in customer service and sales. I can say this was one of the funnest jobs that I have ever had. There is always continual training and forward movement.

    Cons

Competitive enviornment and you must meet sales goals, even in a down economy. I didn't have trouble, but have seen co-workers struggling. The managers sometimes set goals too high. Also, favortism/nepotism is greatly present.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Apply strict rules for favortism and nepotism!
