I have been working at AT&T part-time

Pros

Decent hourly pay, flexible schedule, COU device.

Cons

Highly stressful working environment, outrageous monthly expectations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Make it easier for us part-timers to get PTO.
-Those weekly one-on-one meetings? Yeah, they're kind of pointless.
-Ease up on the monthly quotas.
