Sales Executive or Account Manager can make steady pay, but not over $150K like at competitors--Global telcos

San Francisco, CA

Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time for more than 8 years

Prossteady pay in the low $100K range; good work/life balance

Consmanagers tend to promote from the old boys/girls club of not how good someone is, but who he/she knows that will promote them. a lot of kiss assing going on; you get knocked over by someone trying to get in front of the queue to suck up to a bigwig or lick his/her boots. get your shoe shine box, because that is how you get ahead here; rise above it, and keep your eye on sales

Advice to Senior Managementhire and promote the most qualified person that gets along well with all levels instead of your usual suspects aka lackeys.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
