Pros

The company gives you the leisure of making money for the company and yourself. The time flexibility gives you the leisure to handle not only your personal business but work business as well.

Cons

AT&T doesn't give great focus on employee development at times on an immediate level. The environment is a know by know basis.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits provided are ok. You get a modest discount off certain services and you get name recognition with the company name.

    Cons

It is just too big of a company. You become a grain of sand on a beach working here after several mergers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the work/life balance. Senior management should follow through on suggestions employees put forth.
