Former Employee - Order Writer in Fort Worth, TX

Pros

good pay
union
good insurance
decent hours

Cons

only notice you if you do something wrong, nothing for doing years of good work
does not care why you are late or why you can't make it. if you are thirty seconds late the company writes you up. if you have a personal issue and can't be there or need to leave early it counts against you even if they tell you to leave.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

walk a day in the shoes of those you are supervising. if you have never done their job you can never know what it truly is like and how to advise them to make things different. acknowledge your staff for the good as well as the bad.

Neutral Outlook
Disapproves of CEO
