    Pros

Learn what "Aggressive" looks like. So many people will tell you that you have to be aggressive to work in their sales position, work for AT&T to learn what that really means.
    Excellent pay.
    Excellent recognition.
    Excellent development.

    Cons

    Stress.
Managing through union employees who feel that they are entitled to their position.
Managing through natural challenging business cycles.

    Advice to Management

My advice for other management at other companies is try to network with an AT&T executive to see what right looks like.
