    401k plan, paid vacations, health care, free phone service, Working with technology

    Cons

    Your goals are always changing, Scheduling software has always been bad, Customer feed back system is way to strict, The company as a whole has a high turn over rate with its retail division.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sorry you lost a lot of money on the t-mobile merger, But you don't need to take it out on your employees.
