Pros

Good amount of pay although there are tons of customers and a lot of opportunities.

Cons

You are going to be working with stupid people that do not and will not try to understand basic concepts.

    AT&T prepares you any situation.

    Cons

    Very sales oriented regardless of job description and this can sometimes make the customer uneasy. Also, regardless of experience or education, it is very difficult and political moving into management.

    Listen to your customer service reps. They are your frontline defense and make or break the company.
