Pros

Flexible, work from home! Good benefits. Overall fair treatment of employees and they always try to do the right thing for there customers

Cons

Big company and slow to react. Sometimes the workload gets pretty stressful 60hrs + per week

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    used to be good pay although 2 contract 2 contracts ago top pay went from $25 an hour to $14 an hour

    Cons

    unrealistic quotas that they change constantly at dm whim

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    try to be managers and not spies. talk to employees instead of gotcha meetings. also be understanding when one person is sick the rest of office does not want to catch it.

    has very good benefits, hard to lose your job. very nice and good people to work with

    limited advancement, broken internal systems

    too many VPs. everyone is a VP of something. so much mid level dead weight. a job for life.
