Public Sector Executive Manager

Public Sector Manager (Current Employee)

ProsCompany follows through on whatever they commit to customers in writing, always. Services work extremely well once they are installed. Price points are market competitive, even for one of the best telecoms out there. Wireless network has expanded 10 fold and LTE is extremely fast. Many custom public sector solutions that other simply do not offer for this market place.

ConsLong installation intervals. Tought to navigate the company when you do not have a direct person to work with. Billing issues come up often, however I am yet to see the company not do the right thing by a customer. in other words when a mistake is made, the company does own it.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix systems so that orders dont take so long to install.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
