Pros

Absolutely great people and a company with a very broad set of capabilities. This is truely an upper right hand quadrant company.

Cons

AT&T will protect itself first. Do not trust or be fooled that the open door resources and policies are there for you because they care about you, they dont.

    Pros

    It is a steady job. For now.

    Cons

    Very political, too many contractors, too much outsourcing. Methinks they will move all operations out in a few years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop hiring contractors, local or otherwise. And no- I don't mean just convert your contractors to full-time. If you cannot find people for the current technology stack you are using, maybe improve pay. People are not interchangeable and skills/domain knowledge that are acquired by years of experience and education will take a toll with constant churn.

    competitive pay and benefits are amazing

    Cons

    management
    wireless home phone sucks
    customers take surveys on the employee asking to recommend att to friends and family and it has nothing to do with the employee

    the whole company needs to be revamped
